Paul Vunak's IPTP (intense personal training program)
This is the exact program Sifu Paul Vunak teach's. This is the way it was given to me and now to you.

7 steps to the famous Navy Seal Program
1. I first have a question and answer session which lasts about 45 minutes.
2. Then I have a very complete set of drills that I put everyone through in order for me to evaluate your skill and attributes. We then dissect your personal strong and weak points.
3. Now we start the actual program.. I teach you nerve destructions and have different blows thrown at you from different angles in order to functionalize your ability to destroy incoming punches and kicks.
4. We now segway into the energy phase of the program most of this work is done blindfolded and you and I now perform energy drills with each other. This energy that I am referring to was passed down from Bruce Lee to Dan Inosanto to Paul Vunak to myself to you.
5. Our next phase implements trapping techniques and a succession of body mechanic drills that teach you how to turn your elbows knee’s and head butts into lethal weapons.
6. From this point we segway into the ground and I teach you flow patterns that encompasses twenty years of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Kino-mutai (the art of uninterrupted biting and eye gouging).
7. Now we move to the weapons phase and we learn Bruce Lee and Dan Inosanto’s absolute most effective moves involving sticks and knives. (The art of Kali). Again this is the exact knife flow that is taught to Seal Team Six.
The IPTP's can also be customized from four subjects of your choice, which really become a personal and unique program.
